If you cannot find your email, email us at Karlyn@LaskoFitness.com The Program Intentions: This 12 week program starts January 6th and is written with the intention to MAXIMIZE fat loss, gain muscle & strength, improve athleticism, promote optimal digestion and nutrient absorption, and improved overall health.

**GYM REQUIRED** TWELVE WEEK TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE STARTS MONDAY JANUARY 6TH, 2020. Entry is open until SUNDAY, January 5th. TO ENTER:

-Purchase this diet and training program to use as your challenge manual and entry.

-Email us at Karlyn@LaskoFitness.com, cc Christian@thedietdoc.com with your “before” photos (front, back and left side only. NO SELFIES and NO FLEXING!). Your photos MUST be displaying the verified current date (ex. holding a newspaper, holding your phone/ipad having Googled “today’s date” on the screen, etc). You may NOT submit your photos no later January 6th.

-Once photos are submitted you will receive your customized diet by no later than January 13th (allow time to create plan, in the meantime you can start your training program!)

-Email us your “after” photos SIDE BY SIDE with your “before” photos wearing THE SAME outfit. Your after photos must also display the verified date and must be submitted by Monday March 30th, 2020. PROGRAM INCLUDES:

-Three detailed gym training splits (4 weeks each with 5 to 7 day training options)

-Customized Diet: Balanced diets written by @C_Paynefit, weekly check-ins will determine changes to diet based on progress check-ins.

-18 circuits

-Stretching

-Methods to muscle growth explanation

-Full supplementation protocol with links provided
